A few weeks ago I posted a video entitled “Tales from the Mangrove Swamp.” This video was of the King’s SUP adventure. Claire emailed me some pics from their lesson the day before and I just thought I would share. Thank you Claire for the great share.
The Bishton sisters visited Stand Up Paddle Tobago last week from the UK. Molly was in Tobago for a quick lime and Jodi was at the start of a few months in Tobago and looking for some cool ways to have fun. They both did fantastic. Molly was on the hunt for cool sea life and spotted a million and one Angel Fish and even found those cool squid inside Coco Reef’s Breakwater. All in all a great tour. Looking forward to taking the two of them on more SUP adventures!
I got a call this week from Ian. He has to be one of the most keen people I have met when it comes to getting into waves. He was visiting Tobago from California for a wedding and wanted to get out there right away. Our first day was a marathon adventure where we left from Pigeon Point to Bon Accord lagoon and on to No Man’s Land. After that we surfed the North of the reef. In total we were out there for about 3 hours. The next morning we got up early and squeezed out some small but fun waves before the wind came up. Ian was a champ and I look forward to having him come surfing with us again soon.
Here are some pictures from Sannicia’s first Stand Up Paddle. We were lucky to squeeze out a late, late afternoon SUP and we were also blessed with a really beautiful sunset. This year Sannicia has been conquering all type of water sports from Surfing to Stand Up Paddle. The sky is the limit!!
So Steve and crew came to learn to Stand Up Paddle. Having mastered windsurfing he decided to try something new. Unfortunately just before they arrived for their lesson, we had a huge rain storm pull through. When I asked Steve still wanted to go, he replied ” We are committed!” So off we went, as you can tell from the pictures the weather eventually cleared up!
