Tobago Fitness Weekends – SUP/Pilates!

Are you looking for something AWESOME to do on a weekend, then join us for a Stand Up Paddle & Pilates weekend in Tobago. All you have to do is book your ticket to Tobago. We will pick you up from the airport, take you to your villa in the gated community of Samaan Grove (It’s where we live also). The next day we will cook breakfast for you in the villa and then teach you how to stand up paddle from the beautiful Pigeon Point Heritage Park, finishing off with a Pilates class. That night we go for dinner at one of our local pasta restaurants. The next morning we have breakfast in the villa, and off to Pilates and a stand up paddle adventure. The weekend will give you a great core workout, teach you to do something new out on the ocean and make you feel great having spent your weekend doing something healthy and fun!
