Mirko has been living in Tobago for many years as a restaurant owner. In fact after every Bacolet surf, one of my best friends Andrew and I always take a bite to eat at Mirko’s restaurant, Ciao Cafe in Scarborough. Best Gelato Ice cream in Tobago. Great salads and pizza also! As everyone knows running a restaurant is a 7 days a week job so it was great that Mirko could squeeze out a few hours to learn Stand Up Paddling. We had great weather, some small waves and tons of laughs. We look forward to taking Mirko out on some more SUP adventures, once he keeps making that great ice cream!
